Geriatric Outpatient Clinic

DescriptionContactGalery

The Geriatric Outpatient Clinic aims to provide specialized medical care to people over 60 years of age suffering from chronic diseases which require comprehensive treatment.

Medical consultations provided by the geriatric team ensure holistic care for an elderly patient, including general examination, the assessment of mental state and functional activity defined by the ADL and IADL.

The aim of the Clinic is also prevention, therefore we try to detect and eliminate harmful health factors, such as polypharmacy. Hence, during a medical visit, we review the list of medications taken by the patient.

Specialist consultations in the field of geriatrics are provided by: Beata Byrska-Krobicka, MD and Agnieszka Ozga, MD.

The Clinic has full access to laboratory tests, imaging and endoscopic examinations.

The Geriatric Outpatient Clinic provides free services to all insured patients – the first visit requires a referral.
